Glowing Mountain is an excellent high mountain black tea from Shan Lin Xi, Taiwan. Hand picked at over 1400m, there is lots of attention to detail in this tea. There is a perfect balance of sweet bud and leaf. And the altitude gives a depth and concentration to the flavor.
Brew this black tea with 195 degree water for 45 seconds. Add 30 seconds to the infusion time with each brewing.
