Silky, honey-taste (mi xiang), dark-fruit depth, and light leather give this exceptional black tea high marks.
Notes of clover honey, leather, and cherry pit.
The smaller Qing Xin Gan Zhi leaves have a concentrated taste that is balanced by an abundance of buds which give a lovely honey-taste (mi-xian). It was handpicked in Sanxia, Taiwan.
This handpicked tea brews with a red-orange color, medium body, and smooth texture. We recommend brewing with 195 degree water for the first infusion which should be 45 seconds. Increasing brew time with subsequent infusions.
